Campsite Würschnitzer Str. 20 - Radeburg
Campsite Regulations
For permanent campers, short-term vacationers, and visitors
of the campsite at the reservoir in Radeburg.
Dear campsite guests,
we warmly welcome you to our campsite. We kindly ask for your cooperation in camping in harmony with nature
and to comply with the following points.
I. Registration and Deregistration
Access to the campsite is only allowed after registration. The arriving camper or visitor must first register at
the reception. A valid ID must be presented upon registration. Adolescents under 16 may only camp when
accompanied by adults. Before finally leaving the site, the camper must sign out. The camping spot should be
left clean upon departure.
II. User Fee
The camping guest or visitor pays the currently applicable usage fee, which is publicly displayed. Fees for
short-term campers must be paid on the day of arrival.
The tenant and the people living in the household are entitled to use the leased area. All other users are
considered short-term visitors and must pay the normal fees for short-term campers or visitors. They are also
required to follow the campground rules.
Among all the people living in the household, the tenant listed in the contract, their spouse, and children
under 18 years of age are included. Short-term visitors of a permanent camper are all other visitors.
III. Green Area Maintenance
The green area must be kept tidy and clean. Accumulations of junk or garbage are not allowed. Permanent
structures that require a building permit are not allowed. Hedges should be trimmed so that they do not obstruct
neighbors or the traffic on access paths and do not exceed a height of 150 cm.
IV. Electricity Usage
Every electricity consumer must only use the socket assigned to them. Each permanent camper is obligated to have
their installation checked according to DIN VDE 0100 Part 721 and 722 in case of malfunction. Payment for
electricity must be made after reading, at the latest by the end of the season, October 31st, at the reception.
Late payers may be required to make a down payment for the electricity costs for the upcoming season.
V. Driving on the Campsite with a Vehicle
Every permanent camper receives access to their parking spot via a barrier card. The camper only receives this
card in connection with their parking space against a deposit of 25.00. This barrier card is personal. Transfer
or handover to third parties is not allowed and constitutes a gross breach of contract. For maintaining order
and safety on the campsite, driving with cars, quads, motorcycles, and mopeds is only allowed at walking speed
(5 km/h). The vehicles are only to be used for arrival and departure and in urgent cases. Parking is provided on
the respective parking space as described under III. In individual cases, a parking space can be rented
separately. For this, a parking permit, available at the reception for a fee, must be obtained. This parking
permit must be visibly displayed in the parked vehicle. Parking on access paths and unauthorized areas is
prohibited for fire safety reasons. Washing or repairing vehicles on the campsite is not allowed.
VI. Quiet Times on the Campsite
Quiet times on the campsite are from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (lunch break) and from 9:00 pm – 7:00 am (nighttime).
During this time, any noise disturbances, such as mowing the lawn and construction work, must be avoided.
Playing music through car radios or stereo systems is generally prohibited. Radios and TVs should be set to
"room volume". Extensive construction work on the camping facilities is permissible during the period of the
agreed lease contract.
VII. Playground and Reservoir
Swimming in the reservoir and the use of play and leisure facilities is at your own risk. Parents must supervise
their children. With the rented boats or stand-up paddles and personal inflatable and folding boats, the
reservoir can be used. Motorboats are not allowed. Make sure that the outer buoys are not overrun.
VIII. Communal Sanitary Facilities
We place great value on cleanliness for the benefit of all guests. We ask every camper/user to leave the
toilets, washbasins, and showers as they would like to find them. Children under 6 years may only use the
sanitary facilities when accompanied by adults. The visitor toilet (cube) is only available to visitors,
bathers, and campsite staff. Separate facilities are provided for disposing of chemical toilets behind the
sanitary facilities. Only there may these chemical toilets be disposed of and cleaned.
IX. Pets
All pets brought along must be registered at the reception. Dogs of any size must always be on a leash on the
campsite. A fee for keeping dogs and cats is charged according to the price list. Pets are not allowed in the
sanitary facilities, at the kiosk, on the beach, in the water, and on the playground. Dog owners must remove
excrement immediately. Animal cages, bird aviaries, and dog kennels may only be set up after consultation with
the management. Excessive barking, which bothers other campers, is not tolerated. Fish caught from the reservoir
must not be used as pet food.
X. Waste Disposal
Household waste, paper, and yellow bags are collected separately. The waste must be disposed of in the provided
containers. It is forbidden to dispose of bulky waste, construction debris, or hazardous waste. Please take this
waste to the respective collection points.
XI. Conclusion
We wish you a pleasant stay and good recreation at our campsite. Please support us in maintaining our beautiful
environment and help by observing these campsite regulations. If you have any questions or need help, the
management and campsite staff are available to assist you.
